Well in 2019 I was asked to cater for a hen party - in fact I ended up doing three!
On thinking about it, whilst cooking elsewhere, I realised that most hen parties have a theme running through the weekend and perhaps I should work on menus where the food is matched to the same theme?
In addition to themed party menues I am going to offer "Grazing Tables" - a brilliant idea first seen in Australia but now really popular over here. An example of which can be seen below.
